AENA is a national, non-profit organization that was born in 2004, was constituted in Assembly on August 12, 2006 and recognized as a national legal entity on October 20, 2006, whose order of the Minister of Justice is published in the 2nd supplement of the Republic Bulletin No. 20, Series III of May 16, 2008. It has been registered at the Nampula Registry Office under No. 58 on page 30 of book G-1 since July 2007.
