ACTIONS
In the last three years, AENA has been carrying out actions in the districts of Angoche, Larde, Moma, Liupo, Meconta, Monapo, Murrupula, Muecate, Malema, Mossuril, Memba, Ribaué, Gurué, Alto-Molocué, Mocuba, Pebane, Maganja da Costa , actions linked to the empowerment of women through literacy and adult education processes, financing of women's groups, adaptation to climate change, conservation agriculture, schooling in the peasant's field, fair trade, food and nutrition education, promotion of poultry and livestock goats, seed multiplication, seed conservation and storage, agroforestry systems, land advocacy, climate change, forests, extractive industry.
POLICIES
AENA owns and implements Personnel, Equality and Gender Equity policies Integrating HIV/AIDS, Anti-Corruption and Communication in order to continue to maintain the organization at nationally and internationally accepted standards.
MISSION
Facilitate the socio-economic development of rural communities through capacity building, knowledge generation and sharing, and advocacy campaigns .
VISION
By 2021 See autonomous rural communities with resilient livelihoods, living in a just society with gender equity and a healthy environment, managing land and natural resources in a sustainable and participatory way.
